Joanna is a Solicitor who specialises in claims brought by the victims of injury through road traffic collision, and breach of employers’ and public bodies responsibility.
She has more than 25 years’ experience in conducting claims acting specifically for those who sustain serious brain injury, chronic pain and for families suffering bereavement.
Joanna graduated from Durham University.
She is a member and assessor for the Law Society’s Personal Injury Accreditation panel. Joanna has been a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers’ since 1994.
In 2013, a case she conducted was determined by the Court of Appeal whilst she was listed in the “Super Lawyers” magazine and in the Headway “Head Injury Solicitors Directory”.
With over 18 years experience in supervising staff at all levels across three London firms, Joanna is now Head of the Personal Injury Division, which is recognised in the Legal 500 2000.
Joanna is also a Trustee of the road safety charity BRAKE, and volunteer as a media spokesperson for them regularly appearing on television and radio to comment on road safety issues.
Joanna is an annual guest lecturer at Middlesex University Law Department.
Joanna is a member of the West of England Costume Society, which studies costume, allied decorative arts and their history and which helps to preserve important and valuable items of dress from the past and present.
