The firm conducted a survey into the diversity of the workforce in late 2013.

All Directors and members of staff were invited to complete our diversity survey and some people chose not to complete the questionnaire; others also chose not to disclose some of their information. However, the survey results showed that those working in the business were white and black and minority ethnic people aged between late teens to retirement age and had differing religious beliefs. There were a number of disabled employees as well as those of differing sexual orientation. The firm is proud of its equality and diversity policy and of the diverse mix of people working in the business.
