Family Mediation

Family breakdown is stressful enough raising all sorts of issues such as where everybody is going to live, who children will live with and how much time they shall spend with each parent, whether there should be divorce proceedings, how any assets should be split, what should be done with debts and of course how is any of this affordable.  How can these questions be agreed when often you are not able to talk to each other without it deteriorating into an argument.

Mediation is a voluntary process during which, you and your ex partner will usually attend a number of meetings together with  trained mediators who are independent and impartial and will help you both explore the problems which need to be resolved and identify and consider how they might be resolved so that you and your partner can reach an agreement.
